The 39th TomatoFest will take place on Saturday, September 7, 2024 in downtown Auburn from 11am to 6pm and, as always, your participation is most welcome. Set up Saturday morning can begin as early as 9am. Please complete this application, and the Hold Harmless Agreement, (or attach an insurance binder). A $30.00 donation contributes to our mission: “to raise money for the food pantries of Cayuga County through a fun filled annual community event.” If you have questions call –Terry Mahoney – 315-406-8572

Plan to share information or an activity all day, September 7th, from 11am to 6 pm
Exhibitors must provide tables, chairs, and all other necessary equipment. Tax filing is the sole responsibility of the booth renter. No over-night security is provided. Goods are left at your own risk and TomatoFest shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. TomatoFest prohibits walking around handing-out information and roving sales of any kind. TomatoFest reserves the right to require compliance to preserve a safe and friendly atmosphere. Your participation and support is greatly appreciated.
